Reading Lists

Our classroom libraries are the backbone of our Independent Reading Program.  With so many of our students learning at home, we have been hard at work researching ways to get great titles in front of students electronically. 

See below for some great information on how to get a novel for your child that is both interesting and on their reading level.

HCMS Google Classroom Library

ALL students were invited to a special Google Classroom where HCMS teachers provide access to FREE electronic Novels.  They are organized by genre and have brief descriptions of each novel.  

Check your child's Google Classroom.  If they do not have access to this, please contact his or her ELA teacher.
